Process
How we work
- 01
Surface evaluation
We survey the substrate, identify coatings, scale, and corrosion, and select the abrasive and pressure that protects the substrate while hitting the spec.

Containment & BRS rigging
Confined spaces are sealed, ventilated, and rigged with our Blast Recovery System (BRS) to recycle media and minimize cleanup. Adjacent surfaces are masked.
- 03
Abrasive blasting
Using 100% virgin eco-friendly abrasives, sodium bicarbonate (soda), or specialty media, we hit NACE/SSPC surface-prep standards for the specified coating system.
- 04
Inspection & turnover
Surfaces are dust-blown, profile-tested, and turned over to the coatings crew within the recoat window. All waste is bagged, manifested, and removed.
